Customer Success Manager
We are growing our commercial team and looking for a Customer Success Manager to help drive our expansion.
Reporting to our CCO, you'll support client relationships, assist with onboarding, track customer engagement, and ensure client satisfaction. You’ll be joining a fast-growing, collaborative team spread across our Oslo, Berlin, and London offices.

About the Role

The role is based in Oslo, but we offer flexible remote work as part of our agile work policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound queries via CRM and email, ensuring timely responses and accurate customer records.
- Proactively reach out to clients for contract renewals, supporting retention and recurring revenue growth.
- Coordinate interactions between clients and our analyst team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Support onboarding of new clients, helping them quickly access the value of Veyt’s solutions.
- Engage with clients via online meetings and at in-person events (e.g. trade shows and conferences).
- Collaborate with internal teams (analyst, marketing, tech, finance) to resolve customer queries efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior B2B customer service or customer success experience is a plus – but motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
- Comfortable using CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
